Rates & Insurance

At Shore Awakenings, the initial session (or evaluation) is $225 for up to 90 minutes.

Counseling sessions are billed at $185 per hour, with additional time available at $46.25 every 15 minutes beyond the hour if time permits. This flexible structure ensures you only pay for the time you use. Please confirm rate in the event it has changed.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, a superbill can be provided upon request so you can submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

By remaining out-of-network, I am able to provide highly personalized care without the restrictions of insurance companies when it comes to my style of work and time allotted to conduct the session. This allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and the ability to tailor sessions to your unique needs.
